April 2025 — BCPHA’s First-Ever Zoom Member Meeting

April 2025 marked a major milestone for BCPHA — our very first member-wide meeting, hosted via Zoom. While we love in-person events, this virtual meeting brought together members from every corner of BC, making sure everyone had a voice as we laid the groundwork for the future of our association.

The focus of the meeting was to introduce the proposed structure for our Board of Directors and ensure everything was in place to run a successful Annual General Meeting (AGM) the following month.

It was inspiring to see members stepping up to volunteer for leadership roles and offer their expertise to help shape BCPHA. From plumbers and gas fitters to business owners and supplier reps — this was a true reflection of how united our industry can be when we rally around a shared goal.

This meeting set the tone for what’s to come, and looking back, it’s clear this was the starting line for building something that will support the trades across BC for years to come.
